Curse of Strahd is High Rollers' third main campaign, started during the 2020 pandemic in order to spend time over lockdown. It was treated as a bonus campaign, and therefore was less likely than the Aerois Campaign to go ahead if complications arise. It follows the Curse of Strahd module by Wizards of the Coast, however has been modified distinctly so that those familiar with the module (such as player Chris Trott) will still have surprises in store.
Episodes were broadcast live on on Thursdays from 8PM to 10PM BST/GMT on the highrollersdnd Twitch channel. Podcast episodes were uploaded to the High Rollers Patreon on Fridays and uploaded to other podcast platforms on Tuesdays. YouTube episodes were uploaded on Mondays; VODs for the entire campaign are available in a YouTube playlist.
The campaign is DMed by Mark Hulmes and follows a group of travelers who come together to try and bring down Strahd von Zarovich, the powerful vampiric lord of the land of Barovia.
